Survey Awareness

A household survey conducted by GASTAT in Saudi Arabia. Data is collected by communicating with a representative sample of Saudi and non-Saudi residents across all administrative regions of the Kingdom, including both occupied and unoccupied housing units. Interviews are conducted with household using an electronic questionnaire that contains a number of questions. It aims to provide estimates and indicators related to volunteer work and volunteer hours.

The survey targets agricultural holdings and provides up-to-date data on agricultural production (both plant and animal), including information on cultivated areas, production quantities, quantities sold, and their value for each crop group. It also provides data on livestock numbers and production at the level of the Kingdom's administrative regions.

This survey aims to identify the various aspects of women's daily lives. It seeks to explore the nature of their household relationships, their sense of comfort and safety, their role in personal decision-making, and any challenges or pressures that might affect their quality of life within their household and social environment.

يستهدف المسح صغار السن والشباب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 5 الى19 عامًا ويسأل عن الخبرات التعليمية والتفضيلات، والنتائج، والبيئة المنزلية، والمشاركة. ويهدف المسح إلى التقاط مجموعة واسعة من الأبعاد التعليمية، من التعليم الرسمي إلى فرص التعلم والتدريب غير الرسمية، سعياً إلى فهم المشهد التعليمي المتطور في المملكة العربية السعودية وموائمته مع الاحتياجات التنموية والاجتماعية والأكاديمية للمتعلمين الصغار.

يركز هذا المسح على المهارات والتعلم للبالغين (15 سنة فأكثر) وأماكن العمل، ويجمع معلومات تتناول تدفق المهارات على مستوى السكان وفق خصائصهم الديموغرافية بدايةً من مرحلة المدرسة وعلى مستوى النظام التعليمي ككل. ويغطي جوانب مثل التحصيل العلمي وحالة معرفة القراءة والكتابة ومهارات تقنية المعلومات والمشاركة في أنواع مختلفة من التعليم والتدريب ونتائج التوظيف من النشاط التعليمي.

The Food Security Survey measures the moderate or severe difficulties faced by the head of the household (family leader) and their family in obtaining food.
