يُعد مسح الأحوال الصحية أحد المسوح الميدانية العينية الأسرية التي تجرى في مجال الإحصاءات الاجتماعية وتوفر معدلات انتشار تعاطي المخدرات مدعاه لقلق مقرري السياسات في معظم البلدان، لكونها عوامل مهمة تؤثر على صحة السكان ورفاهيتهم.
